A-112 is a 20-seat Mac lab and classroom. It has discipline specific software installed for Design and Digital Photography courses. It also has 27" Asus Pro Art Monitors, photo scanners, and high quality Epson photo printers. There is a wall of pin-up space and a white board wall. It is available for student use outside of class time; please check the schedule on the door.

The Darkroom is a fully functioning B&W Photography lab. We have 10 black and white enlargers, 2 film drying racks, and a lightproof room for film development. The darkroom is staffed with knowlegable and well trained student assistants. Students taking courses that require film use will have scheduled staffed labs sessions. Other Simmons community members wishing to use the Darkroom will need to sign up for training and adhere to our strict safety standards. Reach out to the Associate Director for details. 

Photo equipment, including Pentax and Nikon film cameras and Nikon DSLRs and Mirrorless Cameras are only available to student registered in one of Ifill's many photography courses, please email the Associate Director, luke.romanak@simmons.edu or commlab@simmons.edu for assistance and more information.
