The Family Van is a mobile health clinic that provides free services regardless of insurance to disadvantaged Boston communities. The Family Van's services include free health screenings such as blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol and HIV, as well as free lifestyle counseling, referrals, and health education in various languages.
