Below you select a time to meet with me.
Students will be given a daily math problem to solve for their attendance grade for the day. The math problem will be posted on google classroom around 9:30 a.m. daily and the assignment will expire at 11:59 p.m. that same evening.
Students are expected to complete a certain number of pages of math each day. This includes checking their answers and fixing any errors. They should record what pages they did each day on their google checklist.
3rd Grade: 1 page single-sided
4th-8th Grade: 2 pages single-sided
If the daily expectation needs to be modified please contact me.
In addition students should not exceed their 45 minute class time. A student can be done with math for the day if spent 45 minutes working hard on their assignments.
It is my expectation that each students completes at least one math section in a weeks time. So every week I should be receiving a quiz or a test from each student. If you were not able to complete this goal for the week send me an email about your math progress for the week so I know what you have been working on.
I also am expecting to meet with students for 2 ten minute check in meetings a week, to talk about their progress and help them with any problems that they might have.
If you are out of worksheets in your binder I have all current and future worksheets posted on my website. Go to the page for your grade, find the chapter you need then select the needed section. If you do not have a printer at home you can write down and solve the problems in your math journal, on notebook paper or in a google doc.
There is a link shared on the google classroom to get to the website. There is also a link at the bottom of this page.
Make sure you are logged on to your school gmail account to get access to the website.
There are answer keys posted on my website. Under the page for your grade is a section titled Answer Key all the answer keys will be located there in numerical order.
