Scores received on the AP exam may allow students to receive college credit depending on the individual college’s policy. Generally a 3 or higher on an AP exam will earn college hours. However, your college will determine how your college hours are transferred so you need to contact the admission office or check the website at the school you would like to attend.
Students enrolled in Advanced Placement (AP) should contact Mrs. Burrell to register for the AP Exam.
In the Spring, students are encouraged to carefully select courses with the idea that they will remain in the class for the entire school year. So schedule changes should not be necessary. If schedule changes are necessary, they will not be made after the fifth (5th) school day of each semester.
Schedule changes will only be made for the following reasons:
Teacher request with administrative approval due to a student's poor performance in the class.
A student changing levels of a class from a Pre AP to a regular class.
ARD Meetings
Changes in job status which require begin removed from a work program
