Is that article, website, or video a reliable and useful source for your research?

Check WHO wrote it, WHEN it was written, and WHY it was written.  Then look at WHAT kind of information is included.

Reliable information comes from dependable sources that provide useful information. Usually, information for research projects should 


 The Gale databases, Encyclopedia Britannica, library books, and other school library-provided sources can be considered reliable sources.
