Printing at MESMS now uses uniFLOW Online from Google Chrome. Google Chrome on your school-issued Chromebook will have a uniFlow extension.
To print from your school-issued Chromebook, you'll first have to sign in to the system by clicking the red extension icon at the top right. (You might need to repeat this one or two times before it works.)
---------------
Choose South Hadley Google, and sign in to your school account.
Select your login information/email address. Then click Continue when prompted.
Close this window when you have successfully logged in to UniFlow.
---------------
Return to the document you want to print and click the Print button.
When the print box pops up, select Destination in the print box (on the right side) and then click See More from the drop-down box.
Select the printer SHPS-uniFLOW Chrome (it will have the symbol with a red square beside it).
Click Print -- and you're done with your computer. Now move to the printer and follow the instructions on the right.
Tap the orange PIN Code button. Type your ID number (your lunch code) on the number pad and the press Login.
---------------
To print, select SECURE PRINT from the menu options.
Select your print job from the list. When it is highlighted, click the Print & Delete button at the bottom.
DO NOT just hit print without verifying that you want to print all everything in the list
---------------
Log out when you are done printing.
If you use your own laptop, add uniFLOW using the Chrome store link. Follow the steps above once you have.
Finally, if you receive any prompts from Mobility Print, simply ignore and/or close them.
