Vehicle Guide Rails

Our vehicle guides are specially designed for our QuickPit.  The bottom channel is the track  on which the oil pain rolls.  The upper track is where the pit cover rests.  The pit rails are powder-coated in safety yellow.

The vehicle-guide rails come in two pieces per side, and are bolted to concrete.  Fabricating them in two pieces per side allows for less expensive freight costs and gives some ability to adjust the rails when the concrete is not completely straight.

Vehicle-Guide Rail Connector

The Pit Rail Connector (circled in red) is used when we install a QuickPit that has a recessed lift installed.  The recessed lift pad removes the concrete wall that is normally there for the Vehicle-Guide Rail to bolt into.  So, we install a plate to connect the rail sections together as shown.
