The Pit Lift
The lift that we recommend is the BendPak P9000LT (surface mount) or the P9000LTF (flush mount). It is the only lift that we know that is able to handle the pit width span of 40" and still be rated to lift 9,000 lbs. If you opt for a flush mount install, then indentations will be formed in the concrete. Additionally, pvc chase pipe will be run in the pit walls to handle the hydraulic and air lines.

Pit Rear Wall Conduit for Lifts
The photo is a little bit dark, but there are two conduits that are exposed about mid-way up the pit wall. One is to carry hydraulic lines from the console that will connect to a fluid divider (which will be installed under the stairs). The other conduit will carry an air line which will be fed to the pads to release the locks.
Lift Console
Typically is installed toward the pit rear between the bays. The hydraulic lines will run under the concrete to the rear of the pit.
