Use a calendar, planner, or digital app, like Google Calendar, to track tasks and important dates - review your plan daily!
Focus on the most important and most urgent tasks first. Too much to do? Focus on three things!
Break larger tasks into smaller goals and shorter timelines – one bitesize step at a time!
Clear your space, put away distractions (like your phone!), and set a timer – have you heard of Pomodoro timers?
Check things off the to-do list – it's motivating! Then, reflect; what worked? What could you do differently? Time to adjust!
Procrastinating? Ask someone for help holding you accountable – your parent, teacher, or school counselor are great options!
