Staying Connected Through Brightwheel
At SHACC, we use Brightwheel as a comprehensive tool to keep families connected and informed throughout the day. Through Brightwheel, parents receive meaningful insight into their child’s daily experiences, milestones, and routines.
Our teachers share photos, videos, and important updates that provide a window into each child’s learning and growth. Whether it’s a snapshot of a creative art project, a video of children singing together, or a note about a favorite snack or activity, Brightwheel helps families stay closely connected to their child’s day.
Beyond classroom communication, Brightwheel also simplifies the administrative side of enrollment and tuition. Families can complete enrollment forms, upload required documents, and manage billing all in one secure place. Payments can be made easily, with options for automatic tuition or flexible adjustments when needed. This streamlined system allows families to focus more on their child’s experience and less on paperwork.

We’ve designed our enrollment process to be clear and family-friendly:
1. Schedule a Tour
Families begin by visiting SHACC to explore our classrooms, meet our team, and experience the environment where children learn and grow.
2. Complete Enrollment in Brightwheel
After the tour, families receive access to Brightwheel to complete all required forms, submit documents, and review program policies in one convenient location.
3. Confirm Schedule & Start Date
Once paperwork is complete and space is available, we confirm your child’s schedule, start date, and tuition details.
4. Begin Your SHACC Journey
On your child’s first day, our team supports a smooth and welcoming transition—for both children and families—while Brightwheel keeps you connected every step of the way.
