Any parent poral related requests (password changes, access forms, viewing issues, etc.) can be directed to the Parent Portal Line x68800 or 518-881-0655
The Parent Portal Request Form must be submitted to our office with a copy of the parent/guardian's valid photo ID.

Infinite Campus - Using SIS messenger to communicate with families
In alignment with the regulation from BOE Policy 3145R, please review the acceptable use of communication tools section as it relates to SIS Messenger on page 1.
Other important reminders when composing a message to parents/guardians using SIS:
Your message must clearly indicate the sender's last name and the course/class being referenced when signing the message. It is also highly encouraged you include your building/department as well. Please see the example here.
Please be sure to use the TEST button every time you send out a SIS Messenger email. Some formatting issues are invisible in the editor screen and you won't be able to see them unless you send yourself a TEST first.
