Any parent/guardian related requests (password changes, access forms, viewing issues, etc.) can be directed to the Parent Portal Line x68800/518-881-0655 or via email to parentportal@shenschools.org
The Parent Portal Request Form must be submitted to our office or via email to parentportal@shenschools.org with a copy of the parent/guardian's valid photo ID.

Infinite Campus - Using Messenger 2.0 to communicate with families
In alignment with the regulation from BOE Policy 3145R, please review the acceptable use of communication tools section as it relates to SIS Messenger on page 1.
Review the "How-To" steps for using Messenger 2.0 including selecting recipients, composing and sending your SIS message using Messenger 2.0
Please be sure to use the TEST button every time you send out a SIS Messenger email. Some formatting issues are invisible in the editor screen and you won't be able to see them unless you send yourself a TEST first.
