Timeline:  

Please enter all 2024-25 requests in the spreadsheet in accordance with timelines to align with the budget process (January - February) and ordering process (June - August)

Process Begins December 2023

Initial Request:  January 7, 2024 (except final quote, Ed Law 2D)

Final quote & Ed Law 2D (fully executed) Deadline: February-May 1, 2024

As part of our fiduciary responsibility, please only request high use/high return on investment items and negotiate prices with vendors to ensure a volume discount.   All instructional materials requested must be Ed-Law 2D compliant.
