Your registration number is on your UCard, it's the nine digit number beginning with the year in which you started, for example, the number will begin with 25xxxxxxx if you started your course in September 2025. This can also be found on your ucard.
If you have received funding for your tuition fee, please ask your funder to forward via email to med-ed@sheffield.ac.uk a signed letter stating they will be paying your fee. This must include your full name, the programme code (SMPT053) and the full name and postal address of where the invoice should be sent.
If your organisation needs to produce a Purchase Order to authorise the fees you can also scan and email this to med-ed@sheffield.ac.uk

Yes, they are compulsory. You need to attend all 6 study days to complete the course. You need to ensure you have requested the appropriate study leave or annual leave to ensure you have the time to attend. If you are unwell and can not attend you must let us know by email at med-ed@sheffield.ac.uk that you can not attend.
The study days are not repeated, therefore you will not be able to do it on another date.
