Where can I find more information to help me make my module choices?

You should consult the Programme Regulations Guide 2022-23 first of all to understand which modules you are allowed to take for your particular programme.
To help you make your choices; a list of approved modules and module descriptors with screen casts are also available on the Level 1 Module Choice Information page*.
*Please note that some modules are very popular and therefore numbers may be capped.We recommend that you have alternative module choices in mind for each semester in the event of a module being oversubscribed.


How will I know if my module choices have been approved?

Your approved module choice request will be added to your student record.

If any of your choices are rejected, e.g. the module is full or you have chosen too many modules in the wrong semester then you will receive an email notifying you of the rejection. You can then resubmit an alternative choice in the online module choice system.

Please be aware that we it make take a few days to approve your modules, we will be dealing with a large number of requests at this time, but we will try and approve your requests as quickly as possible.


Where can I find Reading Lists in preparation for the the start of semester?

When can I view my timetable?

Your timetable will be created for you prior to the start of teaching.

You will be notified as soon as your timetable is complete and available to view.


Do I need to choose my seminar groups?

No, you do not need to choose seminar groups.

You will be fitted into seminar groups according to your timetable.
