We are developing case studies to demonstrate the importance of seeking diverse perspectives and working with diverse teams to current and prospective students. 

We would like to hear from students who are minoritised within engineering, to help inspire and support other students to succeed in their degree.

We are particularly keen to hear from people who are from a minority ethnic background, neurodivergent, female or LGBTQ+. 

We would also like to hear from anyone who can talk about their experience of working with people who have different backgrounds and perspectives.

If you want to contribute a case study, please read the participant information sheet and complete the Case Study Form. This form should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.
