Creative Media staff offer support and guidance in the use of our media facilities, equipment and in the support of media production. We provide training and support from the Level 4 Helpdesk in The Diamond.

Friday: 10am-4.30pm
Weekend: Closed
Please note support requests must be made 15 minutes before closing.

Weekend: Closed
(No equipment can be left with concierge or on the Helpdesk)
