What can I use for my project?

Anything you create and record yourself will be fine to use. If you use images or videos from online, books, print etc you need to see if they are copyrighted, if they are you can't use them. If the material is marked as "Creative Commons License" they you may be able to use it but it depends on the terms that come with it.
