This is a TENTATIVE list of camps, dates, eligible student grade levels, and locations. At any time details of a camp may be altered or camps removed for various reasons.
Any student may register for any camp at any school as long as they fall within the eligible grade levels.
All Summer Enrichment camps are for all students of Brevard from Kindergarten through 11th grade, as of their current enrolled grade level in the 2025-2026 school year.

The Cupcake Showdown!
Get ready for a sweet adventure at our one-week secondary summer camp! Students will design their own cupcake food trailer concept and build a miniature truck model to bring their vision to life. They’ll create custom logos and learn sublimation techniques to personalize aprons and hats with their unique brand. Throughout the week, campers will combine creativity and culinary skills as they bake and decorate delicious cupcakes. The experience culminates in an exciting Cupcake War competition where their designs and flavors shine!
Location: Titusville High School
Eligible Grade Levels: 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th
Dates: Week 1 June 1-4
Times: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Breakfast and Lunch will be provided at no cost.
Mini Moguls: The Shark Tank Challenge
Turn big ideas into reality at our one-week secondary summer camp! Students will develop their own business concept and bring it to life by building a creative storefront model. They’ll design a custom logo and learn sublimation techniques to create branded merchandise. Throughout the week, campers will combine design, marketing, and entrepreneurship skills in a fun, hands-on environment. The experience wraps up with an exciting Shark Tank-style competition where students pitch their businesses to a panel of judges!

Art, Media, and AI: Creative Studio Lab
Art, Media, and AI: Creative Studio Lab is a hands-on enrichment experience designed for students interested in art, design, media, and creativity. Students will explore visual art, digital design, and media creation while learning how artificial intelligence can be used as a creative tool for inspiration and problem-solving. Through guided activities and open studio time, students will create digital and physical artwork, posters, visual stories, and media projects. No prior art or technology experience is required. The focus is on creativity, experimentation, collaboration, and ethical use of AI—not technical mastery. By the end of the week, students will have completed multiple creative projects and participated in a collaborative showcase of their work.

Indoor Team Sports
Get ready to move, play, and have fun! This summer enrichment course introduces students to three different indoor team sports. These sports include volleyball, basketball, and pickleball. Students will learn fundamental skills, rules, and game play for each sport. The course is designed for all skill levels, so whether you are brand new or love to play this course is for you!
