BPS SUMMER ENRICHMENT REGISTRATION

WILL OPEN ON SATURDAY APRIL 25TH @ 8 AM

New for Summer Enrichment 2026 will be the use of the FOCUS portal to register your child for camps. All registration forms will open at 8 am on Saturday April 25th. These forms will allow you to register your child for the Summer Enrichment Camps, one camp per week. These forms will not populate in your FOCUS Parent Portal until 8 am on Saturday April 25th. Please review the information below about the Summer Enrichment Registration Forms in Focus and how they will appear when registration opens.

Forms Summary Page in FOCUS

On Saturday April 25th @ 8am, your Parent FOCUS Portal will populate with the Summer Enrichment forms you will need to register your child for camps.

On the left-hand side of your Parent FOCUS Portal, click on your child's name and a drop down menu will appear. If you have more than one child in FOCUS, all forms will populate on the same page in the next step.

Click on "Forms Summary" to open the available forms.

Please log into your parent FOCUS account and make sure you see your child(ren) in this panel. If you do not see your child's name in this panel:

If your child is a current BPS or Charter student, please call your child's school and ask for assistance.
If your child was at any time in the past a BPS or Charter student, please call your last BPS or Charter school of enrollment and ask for assistance.
If your child has never been enrolled in a BPS or Charter school, please first follow the directions on the document linked below. If you have already followed these directions, please email SummerEnrichment@brevardschools.org for assistance. Be sure to give as much detail as possible so that we may help you solve the issue.

Summer Enrichment Forms

The Summer Enrichment forms will not be visible in your Forms Summary page until Saturday April 25th @ 8 am.

Once the forms do populate, they will appear as seen in this image.

You can see Bosephus and Josephina each have forms to enroll and uneroll them from camps for each week this summer.

Summer Enrichment Enrollment

For each week you would like to register your child for a camp, you will need to click on the appropriate week's registration form to do so. Once the week's form is submitted, it will tell you immediately if your child is enrolled or not.

There is a slight possibility that you will be able to choose a camp from the list and click submit to register your child for the camp; however, in the time it took you to choose the camp and click submit, the camp reached the maximum limit for enrollment and your child will not be enrolled in the camp.

Summer Enrichment Unenrollment

Once your child is enrolled in a camp for a particular week, you will not be able to register the same child for another camp in that same week.

If you would like to register your child for a different camp in the same week, you will first need to submit the UNENROLL form for the appropriate week to remove them from the original camp.

Once you have submitted the UNENROLL form, you will be free to register your child for a camp in that week.

Example: You register Josephina for the Underwater Basket Weaving camp in Week 2 and she is accepted and enrolled. You then decide Josephina would rather be in the Miniature Hamster House Architecture camp during Week 2. You will need to click on the Summer Enrichment Week 2 Unenroll form to remove her from Underwater Basket Weaving. After that form is submitted, you will be able to click on the Summer Enrichment Week 2 form again to select Miniature Hamster House Architecture camp, if it is still available for enrollment.

Summer Enrichment STARBASE Camp for 5th Graders

In this example, you can see Bosephus has the STARBASE Enrichment Camp form available, but Josephina does not. This is because Bosephus is a current 5th grader and Josephina is not.

The only students that will have the option of registering for the STARBASE Enrichment Camp are current 5th graders.

The registration for this Summer Enrichment camp is not first come-first enrolled, it is a request. We highly recommend you attempt to enroll your 5th grader into other camps first and then request the week of STARBASE camp for your child during a week they are not already enrolled in a camp. All other camps will fill up quickly and you do not want to miss out on those weeks of camp.

Through our agreement and partnership with Patrick Space Force Base, we will be giving priority enrollment to students of active-duty military families. Remaining roster spots will be given to students who are not enrolled in another camp during that same week and students who have not yet completed the program during the school year. Students may only participate in one week of STARBASE this summer.

For example, if a student is already enrolled in a Summer Enrichment camp for Week 1 and has requested registration for Week 1 of STARBASE, that student will not be considered for STARBASE.

If a student has already completed the program with their school during the 2025-2026 school year, they will not be placed in the camp unless there are spots open after all other students have been placed.
