The Teacher Leader Fellowship (formerly the Master Teacher Program) is a 1-4 year opportunity to grow your leadership, facilitation, and teaching practice!
You will receive one-on-one coaching to help foster site-based equity centered professional learning communities, engage in a monthly cross site PLC, and have the opportunity to develop your own facilitation skills as you lead a site-based lesson study team.

Lesson Study is a professional learning structure that is an educator-driven, collaborative inquiry cycle focused on students.
Lesson Study is a professional learning structure that is an educator-driven, collaborative inquiry cycle focused on students.
During lesson study, teams of educators engage in research, experiment with new strategies and lesson design, observe student learning, and ultimately seek to improve their practice. Lesson Study shifts the culture of professional learning by placing teachers in the driver’s seat, valuing their professional expertise, promoting open classroom practice, and highlighting the true science of teaching.
