Use the lesson template below to submit a model lesson or project!

Instructions for filling out the template:

1. Open the doc in a new tab
2. Click "file" > "make a copy" > "Ok" (leave in lesson and project submissions folder)
3. Rename file using this naming convention: [Grade Subject] Name of Lesson or Project - Your Name
4. Fill out the template
