Greetings, from The Seoul Community Rehabilitation Center.

December 17th, 1982 marks the beginning of the story of Korean rehabilitation centers as it was on that date that the Seoul Community Rehabilitation Center, founded by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and managed by The Purme Foundation, was opened. From that day onwards our goal has been to work together with people with disabilities, their families, and neighbors to create a world where no one is excluded but where people can rather live together harmoniously: A society that understands and respects 'difference', rather than discriminates against it. We work toward the realization of an 'ordinary life' for people with disabilities.
