1982 Opening of Seoul Community Rehabilitation Center.

1982 Introduction of a traveling diagnosis for people with disabilities

1993 Production & distribution of a disability prevention video.

1996 Production & distribution of comic books and videos for improving disability awareness

1997 Seoul Aquatic Rehabilitation Center (First to introduce WATSU, a hydrotherapy in Korea)

1999 Production of a comic book for improving disability awareness 

2000 Hosted an international workshop for aquatic exercise

2001 Operation of an ‘Operation Advisory Center for Community Rehabilitation Center’ designated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare of the Republic of Korea

2008 Opening of Seoul Assistive Technology Service Center

2010 Exchanged joint project agreement for Vojta Therapy

2011 Held an Understanding Disability Quiz Show

2012 Conducted parental education

2014 Held an academic conference

2018 Changed operating corporation to The Purme Foundation

2019 Announced new mission & vision/ Held PCP International Workshop / Participated in 4th AP CBID Congress 2019 (Case presentation for the community rehabilitation center) / Participated in Korea-Vietnam children with disabilities support project 

2020 Online presentation of community rehabilitation center operational cases in response to COVID-19 / Expanded online services

2021 Selected as a pilot project by Seoul Metropolitan Government (Smart Development Training Service)

2022 Held 40th Anniversary Event. (Social worker practice case presentation. Conference on community-centered rehabilitation to guarantee the right to health for people with disabilities, Digital Transformation Online Seminar etc.) / Opened a ‘Health promotion consulting’ space offering personalized healthcare for people with disabilities.
