The Purme Foundation was established in 2005 to support the self-reliance and rehabilitation of people with disabilities. The foundation’s businesses work to aid: family support; medical rehabilitation (through the operations of: The Purme Foundation Nexon Children's Rehabilitation Hospital, the Purme Rehabilitation Center, etc.); local community welfare (through the activities of: The Gwacheon Community Rehabilitation Center, the Jongno Community Rehabilitation Center, etc.); self-reliance support (the Purme Social Farm, the Mapo Purme Vocational Rehabilitation Center, Panis, a sheltered workshop for people with disabilities, etc.), publishing business, etc.).
