How to Submit an IT Ticket through Email
If you've tried using the resources available on this site and are still having issues, don't stress- we're here to help! We completely understand how overwhelming it can be to set up equipment for a new job- especially when you're working from home! This is why we have a dedicated concierge team ready and available to provide the support you need. This team of friendly and highly dedicated "super techs" is specially trained to help our new hires with the issues they commonly face. To ensure your request for help is routed to the correct team members please make sure you send an email with a detailed description of your issue (including any photos/screenshots if possible) to the email address below based on where you are in your SelectQuote journey.
Prior to your first day of training - itonboarding@selectquote.com
If you reported an issue on the Hardware & Software Verification form you were asked to complete prior to your first day in class, you would have received an email asking you to send an email describing your issue to itonboarding@selectquote.com. There is a template contained in that email which we request you use in order for us to expedite our response.
Days 1-14 of training - inclasshelp@selectquote.com
Make sure you've advised your in-class trainer of your issue. If they're unable to resolve it then please send an email to inclasshelp@selectquote.com using this template. You will be sent a link to schedule a 30-minute help session with a member of our IT Onboarding concierge team. IMPORTANT: Please make sure you talk to your trainer about the best time of day to schedule your help session so as to have the least amount of impact on your training schedule before scheduling.
Days 15+ of training/production - Send an email to itticket@selectquote.com
This is the normal way to submit an IT ticket once you are past day 15 in your new position. This is the final change to the process and going forward this will be the only way to submit an IT ticket- huzzah!
