Requesting IT Support Prior to First Day of Class

Instructions:  

1. Please copy the information below (from “Name” down to the end) and paste it into an email. 

2. Complete the required information in the email and make the subject line a brief summary of your issue (ex. Can’t log into the VPN… my monitor won’t turn on… etc). 

3. Once the email is ready please send it to itonboarding@selectquote.com. 

4. You will receive an email back with your support ticket number shortly after sending your email. Please refer to your ticket number when speaking with IT or your onboarding specialist about your issue.
