If your VPN connection is continuously dropping, try the following.
Unplug the power cable from your internet router.
Count to 30, then plug the power cable back into your internet router.
Restart your computer.
If you are still experiencing issues after doing the above steps, please proceed below.
Open the Google Chrome web browser on your SelectQuote work computer.
Navigate to https://www.speedtest.net/
Click the "GO" button to start the internet speed test.
 Allow the speedtest to finish completely.
If your internet speeds is below 20mbps, please contact your internet service provider regarding your network speeds as 20mbps down, and 20mbps up are the minimum requirements for SelectQuote systems to function properly.
