Junior Achievement inspires and prepares young people with real-life competencies they need to success
through three pathways:
Each pathway includes three types of Learning Experiences that form a progression of learning experiences, beginning with introductory experiences designed to inspire, core experiences that provide skills and new knowledge, and applied experiences to demonstrate and practice competencies.
JA Pathways use a competency model to instill focused knowledge and build skills, behaviors, and key competencies that are aligned with national, state, and industry organization standards.
JA Areas have options about which JA Pathways and Learning Experiences meet the needs of their community. This provides JA Areas with flexibility while ensuring fidelity of impact.
