Which Technology Platform is right for your JA Area to offer?
Below you can find resources and links to use when determining which flexible delivery options to provide.
Selected JA programs are now available to teachers and volunteers from a Google website for JA programs. We created this option to make it easier for those who don't use the JASA login to access JA programs. While created by JA USA, JA Areas have the option to localize the sites to add local sponsor information or logistic info.
Tips and Tools for JA Staff:
JA Staff go to Google Sites Integration Request to request an integration or additional Google sites.
Once a JA Area has received the sites, take time to copy, localize, and publish the sites.
Check that settings are set to a secure site.
Share with educators and volunteers via an email associated with a Google account.
The JA Learning Platform is a backend system where JA Area staff add enrollments and manage users (User Management System). It is a site where ALL learning experience programs are available and where users can access blended program content, resources, and staff training. JA Learning Platform requires a JASA log in and cannot be localized.
Tips and Tools for JA Staff:
JA Staff log into https://access.ja.org to reach the JA Learning Platform.
Upon login, select the “JA Learning Platform” link, found on the top banner, next to the Junior Achievement logo.
