Projects

One of our Association’s primary goals is to create a stronger awareness of New Zealand in Seattle and the Pacific Northwest.

We aim to accomplish this through funding a range of projects:

• Artistic exhibits and artifacts in popular public spaces

• Woodland Park Zoo’s Kea exhibit

• Washington Park Arboretum’s glade of New Zealand plants, trees and shrubs

• Temporary art exhibits like the Burke Museum’s Maori Art Exhibit

• Partnerships between artists in both Seattle and Christchurch
