2024 - 2025 ADD/DROP/WITHDRAWAL
Counselors cannot change schedules via email or phone. Please know that most classes are at capacity and we are unable to accommodate elective changes. Students requesting to add/drop a class must have their parents complete the Class Add/Drop Request Form for their counselor's review. Additionally, teacher requests and period preferences cannot be made.
The last day to add or drop a class with no mark for the first semester is Tuesday, September 10, 2024. Starting Wednesday, September 11th to Wednesday, October 30th students will only be able to withdraw from a class for an unscheduled period. A withdrawal mark will reflect as a "W" listed on the transcript. Students should see their counselor directly if they are interested in withdrawing from a class. The San Dieguito Union High School District is committed to the health, safety, and well-being of students, staff, and parents. To continuously support this commitment, the District has approved an agreement with Care Solace. Care Solace is an online resource with a live 24/7 concierge line meant to assist individuals in finding local mental health-related programs and counseling services. Care Solace is now available for use by San Dieguito students, staff, and families at no cost. Please note, that this service is an optional resource available by choice.
