The last day to make schedule changes for the 24-25 school year was May 10th. Counselors cannot make schedule adjustments until August and an electronic course change form will be made available to families at that time. Schedule changes cannot be addressed via phone or email.
TPHS continues to be committed to the health, safety, and well-being of students, staff, and parents. We have partnered with Care Solace, an online resource with a live 24/7 concierge line. This free service supports families in finding local mental health-related programs and counseling services

PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW REGARDING FINAL TRANSCRIPTS. Your college will need to receive an official copy of your High School transcript in order to verify successful completion. Please plan accordingly!
FINAL Transcript Request Instructions
Choose ONE of the following options:
Electronic Final Transcripts - FEE
If you need a final transcript sent to a college after this semester ends (the week of 6/10 grades will be finalized), submit a transcript request through Parchment for a small fee. Make sure you select the "hold for grades" option to confirm your 12th spring semester grades are included on your final transcript. You can track your transcript delivery through this service and it will also ensure immediate, electronic delivery. A direct link to TP Parchment is Here.
Paper Mailed Final Transcripts - NO FEE
Please provide a business sized envelope (4 ⅛ by 9 ½) with postage, addressed to your college (enter in the middle of the envelope), and include your full name written on the bottom right corner of the envelope. In addition, leave the upper left corner BLANK. We will list our TPHS address on each envelope as the return address. Lastly, deliver this envelope to our registrar’s office located in the Administration Building. You will need to sign our Registrar’s log book to ensure accurate transcript delivery.
College-Bound D1 & D2 Athletes:

If you need your transcript sent to NCAA for your Division 1 or Division 2 college, please refer to the Registrar's website regarding this process.
2023 - 2024 ADD/DROP/WITHDRAWAL DATES
The last day to add or drop a class with no mark for the second semester is Wednesday, February 7, 2024. Starting Thursday, February 8th to Thursday, April 18th students will only be able to withdraw from a class for an unscheduled period. A withdrawal mark will reflect as a "W" listed on the transcript. Students should see their counselor directly if they are interested in withdrawing from a class. The San Dieguito Union High School District is committed to the health, safety, and well-being of students, staff, and parents.
