Freckle helps K-12 teachers differentiate instruction and reach every student at their own level across Math, ELA, Social Studies and Science. SDUHSD teachers and students have premium access to Math and ELA content.
Students and teachers will use the Clever single sign-on to access Freckle.
Students will start on my.sduhsd.net and teachers on start.sduhsd.net.
Select the Clever tile on the left side menu
Click "sign in with Google"
Sign in the same way they do for their district email
Select the Renaissance tile.
Click on the Freckle tile.
Freckle recommends students use adaptive practice on a regular basis to see the most growth. Even 10 minutes a day in either math or ELA helps students with prerequisite skills to get caught up and allow students to reach higher levels of success. Adaptive practice meets students where they are so they can practice at their "just right level".

We've set up all site administrators with a Freckle Admin account so you can track student activity and progress in Freckle Math and ELA. You should already have received a verification email with steps to confirm your account. If you need a Freckle admin account and were not successful following the steps below, contact Julie Goldberg or Amy Springstead
To get logged in once you receive the verification email, you'll want to follow these steps:
Select the blue Confirm Account button
Set your password on the new page that opens
Once your password is set, you'll be able to access your admin dashboard at school.freckle.com
If you do not receive a verification email, you can follow these steps to reset your password and get logged in:
Navigate to school.freckle.com
Select Forgot my password
Enter your email address to send password reset information
Reset your password
Log in
