Frequently Asked Questions
I forgot to collect names or email addresses. How do I figure out whose response belongs to which person?
Once a response has been collected without identifying information, there is no way to go find out who submitted it. The reason for this is so that the user has the ability to make a survey anonymous.
I want students to be able to start a Form in class and finish it at home. Is this possible?
Yes. Forms will now autosave your response progress on a Google Form.
When you fill out a Google Form in your Google account, your progress is automatically saved as a draft for 30 days. This means if you can't complete a form or need to switch devices, you don’t have to start over the next time you open the form.
