If you and your student are thinking of applying to a private school, please fill out this form to let us know. The form must be filled out separately for every school you are planning on applying.

Many private schools will send a link for the Registrar to upload all required documents.

If the school you are applying to requires the documents to be submitted a different way let us know in the form and provide us with the information of which documents are required and where they are to be sent.

1st semester grades for the 25-26 School year will not be available to be sent out until the week of January 19th.
