As this is an exceptionally busy time of year, we kindly ask that you review the tutorial before reaching out with your inquiry. Many common questions and issues are addressed there, and checking the tutorial first can often provide the quickest resolution.

We are currently processing numerous enrollment applications and inquiries and are working through all emails on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure fairness and efficiency. To help us serve you better, please avoid sending multiple follow-up emails unless absolutely necessary, as doing so may inadvertently delay the process by pushing your email further down the queue.

ENROLLMENT LINK AND REQUIREMENTS

Online Enrollment Link - follow this link to begin the online enrollment process. You must complete this process before the Registrar at the school can enroll your child in the school.

Required Immunizations to enroll - information document

Required Enrollment Documents - Documents that must be uploaded when enrolling a student:

▢  Verification of Identity for Parent (Drivers Licence, passport, etc)

▢  Student Proof of Age (Birth Certificate, passport, etc)

▢  Current SDGE Bill, Letter of Residency, or Lease showing utilities are included

▢  Residency Verification from Category 2 (current Water Bill, Cable Bill, Internet Bill, Tax Documents, Pay Stub or Social Services document that shows the residential address)

▢  Proof of student immunizations

▢  Documents from previous school (Report Card w/ course history)

▢ Student Reporting Questionnaire (Required only if born outside of the United States)

Pre Enrollment Information for 2025-2026 

Please see the Welcome Letter from SDUHSD for full information on the 2025-2026 school year pre-enrollment process. Common questions are also answered below.  

When is the pre-enrollment window?

The pre-enrollment window opens on January 13, 2025 and lasts through February 7, 2025. Failure to submit all required documents will slow down the enrollment process. Please continue to check your email to make sure that you have submitted all required documents. Pre-enrollment will not be completed until all required documents are submitted.

How do I find my boundary school?

I live in the SDUHSD school district but want to enroll in a different school than my Boundary school. What do I need to do?

First, complete enrollment in your boundary school before February 7, 2025. Then visit the SDUHSD Intradistrict Transfer page and complete the Intradistrict Transfer request form during the transfer window.

When is the Intradistrict Transfer Window?

The Intradistrict Transfer Window opens February 10, 2025 8:00 AM and closes February 24, 2025 at 4:00 PM PST. Please make sure to complete enrollment in your boundary school by February 7, 2025.

My student is coming from a Private school, or outside the district, how do they take the Math Placement Test?

Each Middle School will invite students who are enrolling in San Dieguito from outside of our district to test at the Middle school on specific dates, which will be posted around Mid-February. 

When do we select courses for 7th grade?

The Course Selection window will be open from March 10 - March 21, 2025. Parents who have completely enrolled their students will be contacted through Parent Portal or email and sent the information required to complete the process in AERIES.

I'm having problems with the online enrollment! How do I get help?
