Social Rec activites may be funded via MTS bus pass (Pronto card), MTS/NCTD Access Bus Tickets, or Voucher transportation via PDS and FMS.

Per POS Guidelines, Social Rec cannot be funded with contract transportation services.

SC's must complete screening tool and start a new TSR based off the screening tool. 

*Start and End dates on the TSR must match what's on the Screening Tool or the TSR will get sent back to the SC for further review.*
