Transportation service for people who would otherwise not have transportation, typically seen as a last resort service after exhausting all other options, CTC helps people to get rides to their work, school, or day program.

Client needs to be independent and not have aggressive or otherwise severe behaviors, as well as demonstrate the use of a cellphone and being ambulatory.

All CTC requests must start with a referral process linked below, that must be approved by the PM.

In-Home Adult PM’s can review/approve CTC referrals for the SC’s in their Units and send the approved referral directly to Shane H and Daniel F, and then enter a Contract TSR.

Call The Car (CTC) is seen as an effective yet costly service since it is one of the most expensive method of transportation. Client will independently and safely travel using CTC to get to and from (day program, work site, volunteer site, college/school program) through (date). 

CTC is a ride-share service which contracts drivers similar to Lyft and is a great solution for many clients who have not been able to use any other method to meet their needs for transportation.
