Today, Watson's has been renovated to include retail and maker spaces. The revitalization included redesigning the second floor by adding loft apartments and a rooftop terrace. James+James, a furniture brand and retail business, occupies space in Watson, with a showroom and woodshop. Shoppers can view carpenters at work through large windows separating the store from the woodshop.
