Students will "check in" using our class Mood Meter throughout the day to recognize and reflect how they are feeling. This also gives the teachers important information as we navigate our day and how to approach our learning.
What does your Best Self look like? What does it sound like? How do you feel when you are your Best Self? These questions will help guide our students to think about what their Best Self is really like. This is an important tool to help students make better choices and utilize behaviors that correlate with their Best Self. Â
Throughout the year , students will learn the meaning of each word and be able to identify which quadrant it belongs to. Through guided lessons, students will be able to be more specific with their word choice as they discuss how they are feeling.
