Welcome to Physical Education!

We're excited to welcome you to another great year of Physical Education at Umoja International Academy!

Our goal is to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment where every student has the opportunity to grow in confidence, develop lifelong healthy habits, and discover the joy of movement. In PE, students will build physical skills, strengthen teamwork and communication, set personal goals, and learn how fitness supports success both in and out of the classroom.

Whether we're playing team sports, learning fitness concepts, exploring new activities, or reflecting on personal growth, we want every student to leave class stronger, healthier, and more confident than when they arrived.
