The Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) is a state-funded program that provides free or reduced-cost expanded learning services for eligible students in grades TK through 6.

Through ELO-P, qualifying families may receive TKELP services at no cost.

Who May Qualify

Students may be eligible for ELO-P if they meet one or more of the following criteria:

• Eligible for Free or Reduced-Price Meals

• Identified as an English Learner (additional income documentation may be required for eligibility verification)

• Experiencing foster care, homelessness, or transitional housing

• Other qualifying circumstances as defined by the district

Eligibility is determined by the school district based on state and district guidelines.
