Tense and Relax Your Muscles ๐Ÿ’ช

If your stress is building up fast, all you might have time to do is to quickly stretch your neck and shoulders or clench and unclench your fists while you take a few deep breaths. If you have more time available, find an appropriate place to practice "progressive muscle relaxation," which is when you tense and relax different muscle groups, one at a time. This helps you to relax your body and also makes upset feelings less intense.
