SAT information:  

The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) has awarded the state-provided college admission exam for juniors to SAT. Historically, this contract has been awarded to ACT. We want to assure you that we are actively preparing for this shift to ensure a smooth transition for our students. The SAT will be offered free of charge to all juniors in the spring of 2026. To support a smooth transition, we will provide new test preparation resources, including a diagnostic test, so that students can become comfortable and confident with the SAT format. Please know that we are committed to providing your student with all the necessary information and support for a successful experience.
