NO PASS NO DRIVE (NPND)
VERIFICATION FORM
To receive your No Pass No Drive School Compliance Form, please make sure that you have scheduled an appointment for your permit FIRST. Then scan the QR Code to the left and complete the Google Form.
All NPND Forms MUST be picked up at our SCOLA/PHC office located at 1036 Cardinal Drive between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM any school day.

Toyota proudly announces the 2026 Toyota Scholarship Program that will award up to $1.5 million to college-bound students associated with select community partners like yours because of your dedication to youth development and special partnership with Toyota.
Students should plan to submit applications early in case they have questions! Applications must be submitted no later than 5PM Central Time on Monday, November 3, 2025.
As a valued partner with Toyota, it is important that we ensure only students from partnering locations apply for the Toyota Scholarship Program. See website for details.

Recipients will be selected from all eligible applicants based on financial need, community involvement, and essay responses. Students associated with your organization can apply for renewable scholarships of up to $7,500 per academic year.
Each applicant will be required to submit a form signed by an administrative or leadership representative from your organization (see attached).

Who May Apply? Applicants must:
be affiliated with an eligible partner organization
be high school seniors, graduates, current undergraduates, or graduate students
have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent degree by September 2026
plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate or graduate study for the 2026-27 academic year
have a minimum GPA of 2.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
be in good standing in the community and at school
