School commencement

School commences on Friday 31 January, 2020.

New parents dinner

Parents who are new to Mount Scopus in all year levels will be invited to our New Parents Dinner scheduled to be held just prior to school commencing. In 2020, this will be held on the evening of Wednesday 29 January . This allows the opportunity to meet some of the College Leadership Team, as well as other new parents.

Orientation

Where deemed helpful, some students are invited to visit the school in the previous day or so prior to the school year commencing. Irrespective of whether joining Mount Scopus for the first time, or transitioning from Year 3 at GBH, some children might benefit from the chance to meet their teacher and see their learning environment prior to the busyness of Day 1 of school. Teachers and Student Services at GBH will recommend for those progressing where deemed necessary, otherwise please contact the Campus Office if you feel that this applies to your child.
