New Scoot Banners

New Scoot Banners

It is exciting to see equine events happening around the globe again. We have been busy creating new banner designs to help you promote Scoot Boots at competitions and events. All now available for download on the Hub. The sizes we have created correspond with the majority of sizes needed for stalls and booths.

Editing orders

Editing Orders

We endeavor to ship all our orders accurately and in a timely manner. We are unable to edit orders once they have been placed as the factory usually starts processing orders straight away, and any edits might get missed. Bulk discounts will not be applied to any manual order requests. If you have any urgent requests for items to be ordered under the minimum order value, please note these will incur shipping charges.

Scoot Boot Warranty

Scoot Boot Warranty

We often get asked what the Scoot Boot warranty covers. Scoot Boot provides a 90 day warranty on Scoot products (but not accessories), and guarantees that the products are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and without faults, damage and defects. The warranty is 90 days from the date Scoot products are purchased by you or by your customer.

If you or your customer find that any Scoot products are faulty or damaged you will need to email us at stockist@scootboots.com with a photo of the product. If the Scoot product is faulty or damaged, a credit will be placed on your stockist account to use with your next purchase. You can then claim the credit at checkout.

The warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear or any misuse of Scoot products. It also does not cover exposure to chemicals such as fly spray. It is important to let your customers know not to use any cleaning products on their Scoots. They are very easy to clean and can simply be hosed off at the end of a ride. Another important exception is if any repairs or modifications have been carried out on the Scoot products, particularly the use of a heat gun to custom fit them.

Accessories are not covered by the Scoot Boot warranty as they are not manufactured from robust and long wearing materials. If they were, they would not be comfortable for the horse and therefore not serve the purpose they are made for.

Working Equitation

Working Equitation

Thank you to stockist Suzanne Barton for running the Scoot Booth at this year's Australian Working Equitation Championships. Fiona from the stockist team and Annette attended. We would love to be able to travel to all events and meet all stockists in-person. Working Equitation is a growing sport in Australia, with a friendly barefoot attitude. We would love to hear if you are attending any Working Equitation events in your local area.
