As the Assistant Principal of Science and Career & Technical Education for the past five years, I have poured my heart and soul into creating a department that leads with purpose, unity, and excellence. I believe true leadership means being in the trenches with your staff — not above them — offering constant love, support, and high expectations. I’ve gone above and beyond to ensure every teacher in my department feels prepared, empowered, and seen. Whether it's designing district-wide NGSS-aligned Biology lab trainings, creating a full-length Biology mock Regents exam that reached over 330 students, or analyzing Advance and Regents data to strategically uplift instruction, every move I've made has been with intention and care. I work every single day to be the best version of myself — because I know that when I lead with passion and integrity, my team will follow, and together, we will lift our students. And we’ve seen the results: a department that collaborates deeply, grows consistently, and shows up for kids.
