Beyond my role as the Assistant Principal of Science, my professional contributions reflect my deepest passion and commitment to community, equity, and student empowerment. Since 2018, I have proudly served as the founding District 31 Lead for My Sister’s Keeper (MSK), a role that has truly been my heart's work. Through this leadership, I’ve fostered mentorship, academic support, and leadership opportunities for young women across Staten Island. In addition, I have played an active role in Council for Unity, our school’s cornerstone community service program. I organize and lead all major drives—including soup kitchen donations, pet supply collections, coat drives, canned food drives, prom dress drives, and more—instilling civic responsibility and compassion in our students. Most recently, I authored the nationwide Council for Unity curriculum now used across Staten Island's My Brother’s Keeper (MBK) and My Sister’s Keeper (MSK) chapters. This comprehensive, fully digital SEL curriculum includes lesson slides, handouts, assessments, projects, and resource materials designed to promote social-emotional growth, identity development, and community building. These contributions are a direct reflection of my unwavering commitment to cultivating both academic excellence and human-centered leadership in the next generation.
