Crocheting Club!
How do you crochet?
What’s new in the crocheting club? Do I need to purchase my own materials?
Do I have to know how to crochet?
Indeed crocheting lovers and those interested, the crocheting club is open to all! Skills or experience aren’t required as lovely forks in the club themselves can walk you along!
The club has been open for some time and many members are starting to feel more comfortable with their skills.
Partly done, thanks to one of our lovely Spanish teachers at HSES Ms Mora who also pushed to make this club possible!
Let the fun begin!
Developing this useful skill is more than a hobby but
a lovely tradition we can pass on in the HSES family!
Want a teddy, let's make it ourselves, our way!
Ms Mora responses:
Ms Mora, what inspired you or motivated you to make this club?
“Well, I started knitting in High school in my sophomore year. It’s nice, it was a relaxing method to me with all the school work. Then I started crocheting recently last year with big projects making my first a plushie which is something different to what I’m teaching in the club because I really want to guide you guys through all the steps before moving to that big step.
Are you happy with the students' work? “Oh, more than happy!”
