What will we see this Halloween?

October 31. Halloween is the time of year, where you get to have fun and dress up as whatever you want. Whether it’s a future career you want to enter, a character from a movie or TV show that you love so much, or literally anything else. Halloween is a night for all ages; children, teenagers, and adults. It's a day where kids get to rot their teeth with all their candy and dress up in fun costumes for school. And where adults and teenagers get to go to parties to have a break and have fun with their friends. 

Some of the biggest trending costumes for this 2024 Halloween will mostly likely be based on trending movies that have popped up during the year. Movies like “Barbie”, “Deadpool and Wolverine”, “Inside Out 2”, and “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice." Another trending factor that may have a great influence on this year's costumes are popular celebrities or influencers that have risen to fame recently. Celebrities like Tyla, Sabrina Carpenter, Beyonce, Jojo Siwa, etc.

Timeless costumes that we see every year without fail are witches, superheros, Disney princesses, and skeletons. Although these costumes are basic, they are simplistic and easy to recreate for last minute costume ideas. There could also be some meme costumes that we see here and there. There really is no telling what we could see this year.

There may even be room for some joke costumes, family costumes and couples costumes. Whether you make your own costume, or buy one online. The point of dressing up during Halloween is to have fun with friends. To express yourself in a way you normally could not. To transform yourself into another to another dimension and pretend to be someone else for the night.
